As an OAM Funder…

You will be responsible for performing verifications of employment, reconciling the final Closing Disclosure, review executed closing packages for compliance and accuracy within posted turn times, clear prior to funding conditions, being a point of contact for internal and external parties and ordering wires. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, excellent time management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and is extremely driven.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform verifications of employment within required timeframe.
  • Review and audit Executed Closing Documents within posted turn times.
  • Clear all prior to funding conditions and communicate concerns or issues that arise.
  • Ensure file and documents meet company, investor and compliance requirements.
  • Balance and order wires.
  • Authorizes the disbursement of funds.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.


  • Conventional, FHA/VA experience a plus
  • Knowledge of TRID Guidelines
  • Knowledge of Encompass is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, committed to accuracy with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • You are able to meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • You have a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • A College degree is desired. High school diploma or GED is required
