The successful candidate must possess strong analytical, project management and communication skills . This person will need to be able to quickly learn the business and technology domain and be able to apply the knowledge in conjunction with his/her business analysis skills.

This person will need to be able to capture data requirements and analyze data to support an organization focused on Product Operations, Quote to Cash Operations and Partner Operation teams. They will also help support business processes that focus on data maintenance, data quality and data governance.

This position requires problem-solving, attention to detail, project management skills, ability to influence stakeholders, competence to work with senior executives, and excellent communication skills. You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and provide data insights
  • Partner with the various internal team to provide analytics around their KPI or current processes
  • Be able to work on capacity modeling and provide key insights into the health of our internal teams and the greater teams we support
  • Identify and make recommendations on areas for improvements based on reporting and analytics — recommendations may end up being presented to Revenue Operations leadership
  • Run necessary monitoring reports and analyze for required actions
  • Apply knowledge, skills and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Effective in implementing new and improved processes
  • Create, maintain and execute project plans
  • Learn and execute Tableau for Product Operations, Quote to Cash Operations and Partner Operations
  • Assist in project managing an internal pricelist tool and work with Sales for feature enhancements
  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
  • Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
  • Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
  • Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-4 years business analyst experience or a similar experience
  • Excel is required, SQL, Python, Tableau a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience in project management and working cross-functionally
  • Experience in resource planning and building capacity & forecasting models, What-if scenarios
  • Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
  • Ability to switch between various different priorities and effectively multi-task
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative
