What’s the gig? 

We’re searching for an experienced assistant to execute on administrative tasks and manage projects for our Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and other key stakeholders, and by proxy the broader team where needed.

This role will work closely with the CCO to manage the customer success department, creating processes, driving adoption, managing change, and collaborating with team members.

Projects for you might include:

  • Working closely with the customer success team to plan new projects and make sure all the appropriate stakeholders are involved and completing tasks on time.
  • Setting up client meetings with the CCO
  • Setting up new reports, dashboards, or workflows in Hubspot (we use Hubspot ALOT)
  • Researching best practices
  • Preparing reports for weekly executive meetings.

Overtime, the goal is that you’ll become an extension of our CCO by having the ability to anticipate needs, see around the corner, and remember things before he does. Because of this, the ability to build trust quickly is critical. We desire a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement, in both written and verbal communication.

Further, the skills that are a big plus for this role:

  • You’re familiar with Hubspot.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis/reporting will be super helpful.
  • You’ve worked in a customer success environment before.

  • You are based in the US or Canada and are comfortable working in the Pacific time zone.
