Junior Recruiter, Health Care, Entry level – Lionrock Recovery – Remote

This is a Full-time position in Remote - US posted July 2, 2020.

Location: Remote – US

Lionrock Recovery is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a full-time Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. The Jr. Recruiter’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, posting job ads and sourcing, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews for the recruiting team. This position will assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you will help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. You will be working from a home office (telecommuting).

Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Assist teams in screening resumes
  • Conduct initial phone and video screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
  • Assist the HR Manager in 2nd and 3rd interviews
  • Check references for prospective hires in the last stages of the interview process
  • Conduct licensure verifications on counselor candidates
  • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails, etc.)
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (staffing agency experience, or in house recruiting a MAJOR plus)
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Tech-savvy – experience working in a remote or online environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Bachelors in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field, or relevant work experience

Added bonus: You have experience in Addictions Treatment Industry or other capacity in the Behavioral Health Industry
