About the Role

User Interviews is looking for a motivated and driven People Operations Specialist to provide support for our growing company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for various people operations programs where you’ll help foster a productive and inclusive working environment and ensure the needs of the employees are met. You are an HR professional with high attention to detail and a strong customer focus. You’re curious, have a systems/process mindset, great sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, and keeping in mind the experience and expectations of our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, facilitate, and coordinate a large portion of the new hire experience, including new hire paperwork, systems data entry, and orientation
  • Oversee Employee Engagement programs, including planning, execution, and facilitation of companywide events, awards and initiatives
  • Support recruiting efforts to expand the User Interviews teamManage onboarding processes for new hires
  • Partner with the VP of People to update and maintain policies and procedures
  • Facilitate and promote company culture that is inclusive and maintains high employee morale

You work with integrity as a key member in supporting diversity, equity and inclusion and also key people compliance and confidential projects. Finally, as a part of the User Interviews team, you constantly seek ways to support the team. You handle change gracefully, prioritize in the face of ambiguity, and take initiative to address what matters.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2- 4 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • At least 12 years of full cycle SaaS recruiting
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience thinking outside the box to source best in class talent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – with the ability to build solid working relationships across the organization with people of varying backgrounds, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills
  • Passion for remote work
