Job Title Data Center Operations Lead (Wed-Sat, 7am-3pm and 7am-7pm plus on-call) Location Nashville TN.

Job description Provide leadership and task direction to on-site group of approximately 4 data center support staff (including day to day scheduling, on-call list, daily workload, SLAs, etc) Ability to manage multiple data center deployment projects.

Strong background in project management and project management software.

Interface with customers and Data Center Lead to clarify project status Manage ticket queues and address escalated issues.

Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing system.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure efficient incident resolution.

Experience creating data center procedures, work-flow process, guidelines, policies, and standards.

Develop and maintain appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current.

Plan and maintain data center infrastructure including mainframe, open systems, storage and network hardware.

Mainframe mapping, cabling and troubleshooting Responsible for ensuring Data Center DCIM is up to date by performing audit of assets within the DCIM tool.

Experience with Nlyte.

Coordinate and Manage reporting efforts related to budget for the various supporting business units.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Nlyte software a plus Ability to install and validate servers, network infrastructure, and supporting hardware in a mission critical datacenter with while ensuring proper RackCableSwitchPowerCooling metrics are maintained.

Ability to assist with installation, support, troubleshooting, and repair of data center equipment.

Experience with telecom equipment installation and troubleshooting.

Ability to troubleshoot, coordinate hardware installations andor repairs.

Engage vendors for hardware problems covered under existing support contracts.

Communicate with internal and external system users to address concerns and make sure that technical issues are dealt with appropriately.

Understanding of cable plant designs and fundamental of various category (CAT) cabling standards and fiber cabling from a patching needs and requirement.

Understanding of structured cabling systems.

Telco support, extending circuits Troubleshooting cable issues ndash copper and fiber Shipping and receiving ndash Asset tracking Knowledge of Intel based Blade Server Hardware support ndash HP C700 Blade systems, Cisco UCS hardware, troubleshooting and remediation.
