CRM Senior Specialist

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our CRM team.

This person will be responsible for the day to day management of our email, push, and SMS platforms for all Helix brands. While not required, previous email experience is strongly preferred. Being a CRM specialist means owning our content calendars and creative briefs on a monthly basis, creation and QA of daily email campaigns, and biweekly/monthly reporting. This is a hands-on-keyboard position with the ability to help inform strategy based on campaign results and the insights they drive. This position will focus leveraging campaign insights and data analytics to optimize campaigns and inform testing methodology to meet aggressive channel level KPIs and larger department goals. We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, highly motivated individual that has a keen attention-to-detail and high standards for accuracy.

Rigorous and frequent testing across brands and platforms is also a core function of this position. This role will also focus on both audience segmentation, copy and creative testing. It goes without saying, this role is deeply rooted in data analytics, and data visualization. Therefore, this candidate must have an extremely strong background in Excel/Google sheets.

This is a direct-response marketing role with the primary goal of driving sales efficiently and at scale.


Background and Experience:


  • 1-2 years professional work experience
  • Fluency in written English
  • Strong control of Excel & Google Sheets (pulling, analyzing, creating data visualizations etc)
  • Detail-oriented, self starter with a keen eye for quality assurance
  • Ability to think critically and “connect the dots”
  • Ability to manage a large workload, independently with ease meeting all relevant deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with designers, developers and growth teams


  • Any previous email/SMS/push/CRM experience at a top company or brand
  • Strong knowledge of HTML
