Marketing Operations Director – Remote

Location: Remote – US

Narvar is scaling! We are hiring a Marketing Operations Director to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing automation, funnel strategy, campaign execution and database management.

Have you managed the day to day processes between marketing automation systems like Marketo or Hubspot, CRMs like Salesforce and other marketing technology (ABM and/or attribution platforms)? Day-to-day:

  • Audit & Improve Martech Stack: Audit current marketing tech stack, align on needs and propose improvements.
  • Drive Inbound Lead Management Process:
    • Lead and drive the standardization of lead flow process, scoring, reporting and KPIs by evaluating internal process and engaging with cross-functional infrastructure stakeholders
    • Own the marketing database and segmentation strategy and implement processes to ensure data quality
    • Drive Marketing and Sales alignment to ensure seamless process and hand off
  • Establish Marketing Funnel Analytics:
    • Lead and grow the marketing funnel reporting and analytics function; identify key metrics and analyze and report on campaign performance
    • Use Google Analytics and tools like Fullstory to monitor site traffic, content effectiveness, and performance against various conversion metrics.
  • Own Day-to-Day Campaign Execution: Partner with individuals across marketing and own all day-to-day campaign management within the marketing automation platform (email nurtures, newsletters, events, account-based marketing, webinars, client communication, etc.)
  • Improve Funnel Conversion & Efficiency: Drive continuous iteration of marketing programs and deliver actionable insights to support increased funnel efficiency, database engagement and program success

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Extensive experience setting up and running marketing automation software (we currently use Marketo), and a working knowledge of how to integrate those systems with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with ABM programs, multi-touch attribution, lead scoring, data governance, website chatbot and the common marketing tech stack tools (such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Clearbit, Drift, Zoominfo, Rollworks, etc…).
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to think globally, partner with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross functional departments
  • Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively when creating reports or dashboards.
  • Self-motivated and hyper-organized
