Role and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Omni Channel Manager is an integral role in the online health and stability of retailer product display pages as well as custom online shopping experiences. The Omni Channel Manager leads an effort to create best in class product display page and custom shopper experience pages. These efforts start with Product Item Set-up with content and imagery as well as tracking and reporting by category down to UPC level. Omni Channel Manager also plays a strong role in co-creating custom content not limited to marketing imagery / content, landing pages, brand pages, and even hybrid benefit based imagery and more. This role is part of cross-functional Marketing and Omni-Channel team driving online product display page health, site auditing, as well reporting.

This role also has direct online health ownership of a key partner site for SamsClub.com from new item set-up, cross-category health, all the way to end of product lifecycle.

  • Leveraging Brand and Retailer shopper data to evolve how we engage with shoppers to increase conversion
  • Develops & Maintains tracking and reporting tools to prioritize and communicate within team to ensure product readiness and accuracy
  • Ability to present learnings to key stakeholders, and assist in developing the online product display strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with +6 years of directly related experience is required or equivalent +10 years on the job experience in direct digital site health and maintenance
  • Functional expertise, with prior experience in Omni Channel marketing, advertising or Digital Site Health related field.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate with large group of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with appropriate levels within and outside the company.
  • Demonstrated competency in oral and written communication for internal and external personnel at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams.
  • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
  • Prior experience in a consumer electronics environment preferred.
  • Prior experience managing and developing Site dynamics and Site health preferred.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and use of Windows presentation software.
  • Adobe Photoshop proficient experience
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.
