POSITION SUMMARY:  

Post receipts, transfer funds, issue disbursements and ensure that each transaction is executed and documented according to policy.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Post receipts to policies accounts via lockbox process
• Post manual to policies
• Issue policy system disbursements
• Transfer funds between policies, as needed
• Adjust draft amounts for customers on recurring EFT
• Sort and distribute mail, as needed
• Otherwise, facilitate the team’s objectives

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• High school diploma; preferably some college courses completed
• Two-years related experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS: 

• General computer skills, including spreadsheet and word-processing
• Math and analytic skills required for solving daily reconciliation problems; accuracy is required
• Written and oral communication skills
• Time-management skills, including ability to work efficiently with frequent interruptions in a changing work environment
• Ability to work overtime, if needed
