Role and Responsibilities
SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining the Software Media Library, delivering software media containing the project’s software releases, generating software media, tracking Government Reproduction Rights on COTS documentation, as well as preparing status accounting records and reports. The CM Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the library and its contents.

SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Compliance with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper classification and marking of all information and materials, in any form, produced by the incumbent. Shall be assigned specific responsibility for Information Security by immediate supervisor or department management. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. Incumbent shall execute company non-disclosure agreement prior to access to any controlled information.

Education and/or Experience
A four-year degree in Business, Library Science or related field is preferred. Experience in a Configuration Management position is also preferred.
Excel, Word, Power Point, database and web experience.
