Mastercard’s Commercial Product team develops and delivers world-class solutions for small, middle and large sized enterprises around the world. As a part of this business, the Global Business to Business (B2B) Product team develops solutions and services to increase the efficiency, safety, security and electronification of business payments. We recently launched the Track Business Payment Service. It is the first global open loop commercial solution built to simplify and automate the exchange of payments-related data between the world’s buyers and suppliers. It leverages common standards, richer data exchanges and multiple payment types to optimize the value, efficiency and control of B2B payments.

The Global B2B Go-To-Market Manager is responsible for planning and executing the go-to-market and commercialization plans for Mastercard’s B2B products and services in close partnership with marketing and communications. Role will focus on activities at both the global and regional levels.

• Develop integrated product growth plans and programs to support strategic product launch and growth initiatives and contribute to key business objectives in partnership with communications
• Create product knowledge and training materials to provide sales and account management teams with in-depth market and product information
• Build sales collateral assets with compelling call-to-action messages in support of the full product sales cycle – in partnership with global marketing
• Provide digital communications strategy support to build and maintain thought leadership position and deliver high-impact messaging to targeted audiences.
• Build and manage a consistent and effective commercialization / KPI framework in partnership with all regional market managers to drive best-in-class processes and outcomes
• Lead market research and analysis to develop effective, custom-centric messaging and communications campaigns
• Support broader go-to-market efforts as needed
• Help create messaging, develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market content in support of strategic B2B products and services – partnering with marketing and communications
• Serve as point person within B2B for PR plans, press releases, FAQs, executive presentations and other internal/external facing content in partnership with Marketing Communications, PR, Advertising, Digital Marketing subject matter experts internally and externally
• Build external-facing product sales materials, case studies, white papers, etc… in support of sales and marketing stakeholders and sales pipeline
• Create and refresh effective communications and sales support messaging with clear value propositions and up-to-date industry trends and competitive intelligence
• Execute, measure and improve Commercial B2B KPIs continuously
• Work in close partnership with global and regional Product and market manager teams to achieve growth objectives

All About You
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, marketing, communications, preferably in payments industry for business-to-business solutions or services
• Strong experience in developing customer-facing sales materials to support B2B customer engagement and sales pipelines
• Superior skills in developing messaging and integrated communications plan using a wide range of traditional, digital and social media channels
• Strong experience in driving content development and digital engagement strategies
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into sound communications strategies
• Customer-centric, outside-in thinking
• Ability to manage multifaceted projects; focus on delivering results
• Strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally
