Sales compensation at MuleSoft works closely with sales operations, revenue operations and the sales organization to align sales incentives with the strategic goals of MuleSoft in order to fuel our growth. Additionally, we provide upkeep for the company’s long term financial plan, executive level reporting to sales persons and SOX financial controls that inform better financial conclusions as we strive to build one of the world’s greatest software companies.
Role Description:
MuleSoft is looking for a highly skilled Manager to join our growing sales compensation team. This position is responsible for managing a team of sales compensation analysts and will oversee the monthly commission close process, assist with SOX reporting and support the growing sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
