Sales Operations Manager – Remote


This is a Full-time position in Remote - US posted July 19, 2020.

Job Summary

Urbint is looking for a Director of Sales Operations  to help drive efficiency and improve visibility across Urbint’s sales and marketing organizations. We’re looking for a leader who thinks strategically, thrives on data, works well with ambiguity, and is willing to dive into the details to execute.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business systems that collect our data
  • Establish and maintain best practices in data management, cleanliness, completeness and accuracy
  • Generate repeatable, ‘single source of truth’ reporting for key funnel metrics (including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel, and conversion rates); partner with go-to-market leadership to package and deliver key metrics on a recurring basis
  • Act as a key contributor on high-priority strategic initiatives and process changes
  • Strong ability to understand how process, systems, and data relate to each other
  • Business acumen and interpersonal skills to develop cross-functional relationships
  • Strong ability to tell a story using data that drives a business outcome
  • Self-starter with personal drive and the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a hyper-growth, startup environment
  • Preference for certifications (and / or advanced prior experience) working with key business systems, including Salesforce
  • Constantly improve the communication between Sales, Marketing and Executive functions

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing operations, consulting, or business/finance.
  • Experience integrating and managing sales and marketing technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Background in B2B SaaS/tech/start-up, or consulting.
  • Email cadencing tool (, SalesLoft, MixMax, etc.)
  • Ability to work cooperatively with individuals across the organization and independently when appropriate.
  • Ability to prioritize – experience managing projects with competing deadlines.
  • Keen analytical skills – ability to break down a problem into its core parts; identifying implications, timeframes, and sequences.
  • Can go from 10,000 feet as a leader to 10 feet as an executor as needed; you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get the work done yourself
