Sales Operations Manager – Remote


This is a Full-time position in Remote- US posted July 31, 2021.

We are searching for the next Sales Operations Manager to join our team.

Learnosity is looking for a Sales Operation Manager with a highly successful track record in SAAS sales to join our team. This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with a diverse team based across the world, based in our office in New York or remote in North America.

You will report to our Head of Business Development, and be responsible for targeting and closing new business in a defined market, all while working closely with our Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Product teams.


Core Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational efficiency by leveraging industry best practices and designing processes, tools, and dashboard improvements to scale our high-growth business.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process to increase sales rep and team productivity.
  • Lead and improve planning and forecasting processes (e.g.,long-range and fiscal year modeling, quota and capacity setting, territory carve).
  • Develop strategies to optimize SFDC, other SaaS tools and data across all business units
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics and policies
  • Partner and implement knowledge management strategies to continuously increase product knowledge across all GTM teams
  • Be a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership
  • Sales process development, upkeep and adoption
  • Sales force enablement and communication protocols
  • Data integrity and compliance across all tools and systems
  • Sales tools vendor management, selection and development
  • Sales metrics, analytics & forecasting
  • Territory and segmentation analysis
  • Sales force capacity and planning process

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B / SaaS-focused business with a proven track record.
  • Experience with SaaS / B2B Enterprise relationships and contracts.
  • Strong business & commercial acumen
  • An interest in education and a passion for learning
  • Willing to work flexible hours to liaise with our New York, Dublin or Sydney office and possibly our international prospects.
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, empowering teams and a keen business sense
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management, execution and results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with cross functional GTM departments
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • SFDC expertise and expert knowledge of enterprise sales tools
  • A proven experience working with cross-functional groups (Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product) towards achieving sales goals.
