We are seeking a strong leader with insurance product management and development experience for a visible product development role. The position is responsible for overseeing the development of the product strategy and execution of our digital refresh program, which leverages new data sources and technologies (e.g., machine-learning, GBM, etc.) to improve our understanding of homeowners risks at time of quote, delivering an unparalleled digital insurance shopping experience while also improving pricing segmentation and underwriting results.
The role reports to the Vice President of Product Development and works closely with the Homesite product leadership team as a key contributor in Homesite’s continued growth and innovation. The role offers an opportunity to engage with leaders across Homesite and the American Family enterprise.
This position will largely lead in a matrix environment, with 2-3 direct reports.
