ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As our Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to serve our community as the leader of the business office function, managing a variety of business office responsibilities as well as assuring exceptional customer service for residents, clients, guests and team members. You will perform a variety of tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll with a heavy emphasis on completing the billing and collections processes for private, third-party, Medicaid and Medicare insurance coverages. The Office Manager supervises others and serves on the Leadership Team for the community. You will have the ability to help define and deliver efficient and effective services, implement services that positively impact people’s health and wellbeing, and assure our services are provided with a constant eye on quality and service. We need you to be a guru in billing, an expert in customer service, and brilliant at multi-tasking a wide variety of priorities. Exceptional attention to detail, timely follow through and the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity are required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of prior office manager experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
  • Knowledge of and prior experience in the billing of Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience is helpful.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills with excellent use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Prior experience with Ultimate Software & AOD are preferred.
