Job Title

Senior Technical Program ManagerOverview
Switching Solutions is involved in developing cutting edge solutions to assist in the new switch development for Authorization, Clearing, and other major services for MasterCard.
This will be a newly built team, that delivers a key component to ensures all functions are performed in the switching solutions. This service will expand across different payment message types (ISO 8583 & ISO 20022), clearing messages and other value-added services.

• Analyze and create cutting edge solutions for switching solutions teams
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders – Business Owners, Testing Teams, Program Cabinet, etc.
• Coordinate with other groups including vendors to ensure the success of the project.
• Have you lead and managed a Product development team and used various development methodologies including Agile (SAFe).
• Have you lead an end to end Agile (SAFe) development project?
• Do you have an understanding of the Payment and Cards industry?

Role
• Technical Program Manager for managing new product development
• Experience as a Scrum Master/SAFe agilist
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework and /or other Agile methodologies
• Coordinate with various groups in Mastercard to ensure the success of the projects
• Maintain and present project-related metrics reporting for management review
• Coordinate initiatives for automation, defect metrics and overall quality initiatives
• Handle coordination between all teams based in various locations
• Recommend strategic direction and policy changes.
• Advance operational and business concerns or issues relative to future business programs, projects, or enhancements that may affect the consistent delivery of quality services.

All About You
• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Technical Program Manager with at least 3 plus years as a Scrum Master.
• In-depth experience in Agile development specific to end-end product development
• Certified SAFe® Scrum Master
• Experience in handling multiple teams/squads as a Scrum Master
• Excellent knowledge in Agile Tools and Techniques including reporting (Rally etc.)
• Strong Communicator
• Excellent Stake Holder Management
• Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together to plan and track the implementation of the solution
